Code New Capital is one of Jadeer Group's most prestigious and innovative projects, designed by Mimar. The project is a signature design of Mimar, a company with over 24 years of experience providing consultancy services for more than 900 projects in the core disciplines of architecture, master planning, structure, and site supervision. The building was designed to reflect the company's vision of presenting a luxurious project with the highest degree of creativity and attention to detail, offering an integrated and unique experience that includes the highest levels of luxury. The project is characterized by its three distinct buildings and suspended administrative spaces that provide stunning views of the central park and the main street. In addition, the ground and first floors are designated for commercial spaces, including an open plaza area that combines shops and entertainment venues, providing a unique and diverse experience that caters to modern lifestyles and needs.
