Jadeer Group partners with CBRE to manage “Code” in the New Administrative Capital

Jadeer Group, one of the leading real estate developers, announces its partnership with CBRE, a world-renowned global property management company to manage its project “Code” in the New Administrative Capital.

Eng. Muhammad Abu Al-Khair, CEO of Jadeer Group, explained that this partnership aligns with the company’s strategy to provide a top notch service for its clients including after-sales services, luxury life, and an effective facility maintenance procedure.

Moreover, Abu Al-Khair continued that the company is close to completing the excavation work at the project site. According to the project timeline, the three basement floors covering the project area will be completed by the end of this year, whereas the company will begin construction on the typical floors at the beginning of 2024.

The company aims to complete project sales by the end of the third quarter of this year, to be delivered by the end of 2026.

Moreover, Abu Al-Khair also added that Code is located in Downtown, the New Administrative Capital, spanning over an area of ​​7,200 square meters. The total investment for the project is estimated at 1.3 billion Egyptian pounds, and the company aims to achieve sales of approximately 2 billion pounds.

Abu Al-Khair also confirmed that the project consists of three separate towers interconnected by a bridge with a flexible payment plan for its clients, starting from a 10% down payment and up to interest – free 10 years of installment plan.

Abu Al-Khair also revealed that Jadeer Development has partnered with a one of the largest engineering consulting companies in the Middle East to design the building’s façade with a simple architecture design that will make it stand among competition.

Abu Al-Khair also revealed the company’s expansion plan to implement a series of projects in different regions, including the Fifth Settlement, Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October City, and the New Administrative Capital, with a total investment of 2.5 Bn. Egyptian pounds.
